18 Cyberpunk 2077, 2022 Ultra Modded Nomad
This is a Katana and throwing knife build Nomad playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.6 played in 1440p Ultra settings with Raytracing set to Ultra and DLSS set to balanced.
Hey, how ya doin Choomba! I was gonna to wait until Phantom Liberty came out for my Nomad playthrough but something happened. Cyberpunk Edgerunners happened. Edgerunners took me through the emotional ringer. I fell in love with every character in the show. When I finished the last episode I had a dull feeling of bittersweet melancholy. Such a sad yet satisfying ending. Edgerunners had me so hyped I just couldn’t wait to start my Nomad Playthrough.
This video is all about my Mod load out. I’m not going to go through every single mod, but, in the links below you’ll be able to easily install everything for yourselves.
So here we go. This load out is based around the “Welcome to Night City,” Collection off of nexusmods.com. I found this collection had the vast majority of my old loadout plus a whole bunch of other mods I didn’t even know about. And it is so easy to install everything. It’s like nexusmod’s version of wabbajack for Skyrim. It uses Vortex as the mod manager. It never occurred to me to use Vortex because I hated it for Skyrim. But for Cyberpunk, its the bee’s knees Hermano.
After installing that I disabled all of the mods that were not safe for YouTube. Also, you’re gonna want to disable:
Welcome to Night City – Faster Active Control Prompts. It breaks your mouse during Photomode.
Also don’t forget to install REDMOD. Its CDprojektRED’s modding tool they released to the community. I really hope this tool is as robust as the creation kit for Skyrim. Can you imagine the possibilities? And don’t forget to enable Mods in the GoG launcher here. You won’t see this option until you install the collection.
On top of this collection I installed a handful of mods of my own.

I like V's new outfit.
Have you considered doing any more car upgrades to improve handling, or are you waiting for a newer car?
Missed 2nd opportunity to check stuff in Judy's room, including what looks like another Tarot Graffiti.
She said the doll chip was uncorrupted and clean, but wasn't the doll chip what was hacked? Didn't Woodman and Fingers say that the doll chip was damaged beyond their means to repair?
I would almost have said NUSA flag in the garage (very similar style), but it has the wrong colors. Possibly Independant States flag, since that is technically what Night City is a part of? Side note, one of the reasons why people dislike 6th Street gang is because they are one of the groups who want to rejoin the NUSA, hence their patriotic appearance.
I don't think the mod that does the car upgrades like speed and handling affects the cosmetics at all, so likely a different mod.
So Bright is the name of the Clan (or Family.) The Bright Clan (led by Saul Bright) is a part of the Aldecaldo Nation. The game does give the impression that you are dealing with the entire Aldecaldo Nation, but really it is only just a struggling family in the Aldecaldo Nation. Just like the Bakkers were a Clan, who were actually independant of any Nomad Nation until they were too weak to stand on their own feet and got absorbed into the Snake Nation. And we are not saying that everyone in the Bright Clan are blood related, but there is probably a decent percentage who are at least somewhat related. Also each of the Clans are named for the person who is the current head of the Clan. So if say Saul were to die and everyone chose Mitch Anderson to be the new head, it would change it's name to the Anderson Clan, or Palmer Clan if they were to have Panam as the new leader. Because Clan names are not as important to the outside world and have a harder time gaining a reputation, Clans who are part of Nations fall back on using the Nation name when dealing with outsiders as the Nation name would have more recognition. That actually shows how far the Bakkers had fallen. They had endured long and prospered enough to gain a reputation as a Clan name on their own without having to fall to joining a Nation, and had fallen far enough that they had to accept joining into a Nation.
Be sure to talk to Mitch before leaving the area on this job. The quest regarding Scorpion's funeral actually becomes unavailable after completing With a Little Help from My Friends.
Your comment about the hideous pants made me think of something to try: in the wardrobe, you can wear the appearance anything you've ever picked up, whether you kept it or not. How about an episode where you try to make the worst look possible… but you have to make it appear to be a legitimate "look" but by someone who has an absolutely nuts sense of style. Cross-dressing options would be ok so you have the most options, but the joke can't just be a cheap shot that it's "cross-dressing". V is absolutely sold on the look, but his friends are throwing friendly hints like "so, you sure about that?".
