  2. That was AWESOME, i started watching you because of this playthrough and want to say that I've never seen anyone on YouTube taking the game this seriously and be so invested in the story

  3. You HAVE to check out the other endings. They are all worth it. Even the "easy way out" (which absolutely broke me the first time I played the game 2 years ago). I avoided the Phantom Liberty videos because I finished playing that myself for the first time literally yesterday. Sounds like he send So Mi to the moon and also didn't check out the other endings for that (yet). One of them broke me even more than the easy way out. Like, this legitimately left me with one of the most awful feelings I've ever had playing a video game. I was genuinely NOT okay with how that played out and that was no doubt the intention of the devs. You are just not allowed to have nice things in this game. Not in this city, not for people like us.

  4. I played 2 times and watched whole game you playing evey single episode. Damn those episodes were like refreshing from tiring and depressing world. I think i started watching this chanel from berserk readings.

  5. Awesome! The secret ending path (Don't Fear the Reaper) that you got by accident is the best one for a corpo lifepath, since it takes you back to the Arasaka lobby seen in the prologue. Also impressive you got through it without dying, since you cannot manual save during the combat sequences in Don't Fear the Reaper.

P.S. In the epilogue you got (for "The Sun" ending), Judy was at your apartment because you called her when you were on the roof. If you had forgotten to call her, then she wouldn't have appeared.

  6. Unfortunate. He missed the Seamurai and Blue Moon's stalker. Excellent playthrough though, I usually watch playthroughs like these on the 2nd monitor while working but this one would always release in the evening so its been my dinner entertainment for the last few months. Hopefully you play Vampire the Masquarade: Bloodlines sometime

  7. My man found the secret ending and became true nc legend. Best cp2077 pt on youtube.

Ps fun fact if you die at any point during combat in the secret mission you get the credits so i was on the edge of my seat lol.

  8. The Tower is not an ending. The Endings are Star, Devil, Sun, and Temperance… and don't directly correlate with the four ending missions, but the epilogues. The Missions are Aldecados, Rogue, Arasaka, The Gun, and the secret mission: V and Johnny. Of course, a couple of missions do lock out a couple of choices. You can only get Devil with Arasaka, for example.

1:19:45 – No, man. It's just a little deja vu.
"A cat went past us, and then another that looked just like it."

2:25:30 – I think the implication is that Takemura was about to die, so…

  9. By the way Mapo, the name of this last job, Nocturne OP55N1 is a reference to Nocturne Opus 55 No 1 by Chopin, a Polish composer. It's the musical piece that Hanako is playing when you first enter Embers.

  10. This was very fun to watch, the whole series through, I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of series you do next, and even with Cyberpunk I'm very excited to see your experience with the rest of the endings.

  11. You had the ending I had as well on my first playthrough (not the Arasaka battle itself, I took Rogue with me)
It's honestly my favorite ending even though it's not the "best" ending (which you can unlock by taking Panam and the Aldecaldos with you)

  12. Hey Mapo, if you have any interest I would highly recommend Prey (2017) by Arkane.

It fits in nicely I feel with some themes of CB2077, and if possible I would go in completely blind.

It's an immersive sim like Dishonored, and I think it would very much be your jam.

  13. You saw this sh|t in credits, Mapo? – That's why I'll never choose Judy as love interest in this game, she leaves you in first chance; as male V I always go for Panam, and as fem-V I prefer River. And that's why I will never save Takemura's ass AGAIN. XD

I played in C77 on release date (and NEVER saw any bags and glitches AT ALL), on 1.5 patch and in Phantom Liberty DLC, in all these steps this game is absolutely stunning… and always absolutely devastate me in all endings. 🙁

  14. Missed the capstone of Kerry's questline. Unfortunate. Real good one. Also, you unlocked the secret ending which requires you to do the correct dialogue with Johnny in the scrapyard, as well as pondering the final decision for 7 minutes.

  15. Just to clarify a misconception:
The Crystal Palace mission at the end (which is ONLY in this ending) is not a sequel tease. It's been months since you got your body back and as Alt said, you had about 6 months
The messages at the end from people were going to your dead body. That's why every one of them said something along the lines of "Why are you never checking back in with us"
They simply don't know you're dead yet

  16. It's strange I'm just noticing that every time the Relic "acts up" it's always when you're doing something that Johnny would be riled up by. Talking to Hellman, after talking to alt, and here 13 floors up talking to the head of Arasaka. Even if it's not intentional I always wonder if things that would cause emotional turmoil to Johnny show themselves as Relic "malfunctions"

  18. Never been this invested in following a play through of a game I played and loved, "I was literally slightly depressed when it went on hold lol" so I believe it goes to show just how legendary this experience is, you gave it the justice it truly deserves and in return made me "fully" realize how much of a legendary piece of art this game is, seriously thanks Mapo.

  19. Mapo, you didn't accidentally progress the conversation, you unlocked the secret ending without even realizing it LOL Nice work

Also, the gun that Vic gives you is for the "fourth option"
