  1. The hommage to ken block in this game is the best i guess easter egg/secret there ever was in any game ever, i mean holy damn, if the name "Hoon" doesnt make u spark up after seeing it for the first time, and the iconic 43 racing number, just a masterpiece.

  2. I waited so long for a Johnny Mnemonic easter egg Given its a Keanu Reeves Movie and Cyberpunk owes the author William Gibson for Creating the Genre with Burning chrome,Neuromancer and its Sequels.

  3. Also, this game…..The Witcher 3, especially after the upgrades, had me in awe. Then, I got this game. And CDPR has done a spectacularly at pulling every single emotion out of me in both games. I have spent time in both games just admiring the beauty, or running random side quests to power level, crying, laughing, being blown away by the main story as well….. CDPR has created two masterpieces from a masterpiece of book writing, and a table top RPG. Constantine, and now Johnny Silverhand, to me my favorite characters to date from Mr. Reeves. As well as Solomon Reed has become one of my favorite characters played by Idris Elba.

  4. A few things of note. There is also a Witcher reference in the Street Kid into, with the car you're sent to steal being a RAYFIELD AERONDIGHT. The Indiana Jones reference is also a Fallout: New Vegas reference. If you have the Wacky Wasteland perk, you will find a corpse in a fridge in the side of the road as you leave Goodsprings. You even get to loot the hat.

  5. You guys probably noticed too but the employee number at the beginning of the corpo intro says NC770416, which is referencing the original game release date announced at E3 2019 (16 April 2020)

  6. Considering every world that ciri visited had her visitation documented either through the "lady of the lake" myth, or once in a newspaper about a crazy guy seeing a lady and a unicorn, maybe the witcher is cyberpunks variant of this myth

  7. It’s good to see how much love Keanu got in this game, from the references to previous works, his own bike brand being in the game, and also just memes of him. He really makes this game as Johnny and it’s nice to see how much it seems that CDPR loves him.

  8. Just realised. The Fallout Reference: To bodies outside the Vault door. The Body of the first Vaultdweler that got send out…and the player that didnt survive the encounter with the rats.😅

  9. Haven't finished the video yet, but just got past the part where you talk about the River Ward Die Hard reference. You didn't immediately mention the other Die Hard reference where there's a body found in a vent and a note mentioning "Getting Hans" or something.

  10. In a point, if you return to V's apartment in megabuilding H10 you would see a shard called Greetings from Des Moines and says: "Jump in the urinal and stand on your head. I'm the one that's alive. You're all dead". It's a reference from the novel Ubik by Phillip K. Dick. In the mission 'The Ballad of Buck Ravers', the bar Rainbow Cadenza, where Samurai performed a concert, is the title of a novel with the same name. The novel is about a woman who is a musician and artist, and about sexual servitude in a libertarian future.
