Honestly, NC being as dirty as it is never made sense. Corps know the health dangers, and there is a corp dedicated specifically to keeping the city going, so it makes no sense they wouldn't be doing their job. Night city, in the non-free-for-all areas, would be fairly clean and orderly, simply to keep the corpo's happy since corpo's would find all that trash and so on offensive. Would trash pile up in Dogtown? Probably, but downtown? Not even a little bit.

I've been playing cyberpunk for 4 years now on Xbox no mods so for the last couple days I have rebuilding my Xbox and I found out a way to get mods on Xbox I've been playing with a lot of appearance mods for the last couple of days but running mods on on my xbox could immediately crash it I have been dealing with difficulties trying to run some other Mods on Xbox don't ask me how that's even possible but I did The impossible 💀💀💀
