If you side with him, he'll set up a security escort for your client that assures they wont be hacked or attacked until Milko is dealt with. Whether or not he cares about the general population or whatever, you still protect your client, and everyone's happy.
Netwatch is like the ONE good corp. I always side with them. Voodoo boys are shitty compared to them.
