Update 2.02: Enter Dogtown without Phantom Liberty DLC Expansion in game Cyberpunk 2077. It is possible to use a large delivery truck give you enough height to jump on some hard to reach buildings in Cyberpunk 2077. One such building gives easy access to Dogtown by scaling on top of balconies and then walking along edges to the inside border of Dogtown and then scaling back down.
