River's quest. Very good. Very disturbing. Also it's really tough to not just form a romantic relationship with everyone lol. They're such good characters.

Ooof. The River quest line, from what I remember, gets pretty dark. I'm gonna need to do some self care before diving into this one. Fingers crossed for a happy ending to this episode. 🤞

Call Judy in River are options for female V and Panam, and Kerry Eurodyne who you saw in first Janny Silverhand's first flashback is for male V only.
Rivers quest was good, but also very dark. I'm just happy that it turned out ok for his family in the end.
Obviously Anthony was a monster with some serious issues, but when you see how his dad treated him it's hard to not feel at least some sympathy towards him.
You chose different to me at the end there, I ended up talking River out of killing him as I thought that River might end up in prison or something if he killed Anthony.
Like yourself, I did feel bad for River when I had to reject his advances. He's a great guy and all, but my V only has eyes for Judy,
I've just started watching the Cyberpunk series on Netflix and I'm really liking it. I'm up to episode 5 now and all the little touches they included from the game is really cool to see.

You made the right choice
River's questline is easily one of the most disturbing and impactful. They didn't pull punches. Someone probably mentioned, but the baby in the tube you found is a reference to another video game, Death Stranding, lol.
Made the same relationship choices I did first time…but then that's the way I role anyhow 😁. Last playthough I modded the game so I could romance one of the Male V options, normally shut out for a Female V

CD Projekt is great at creating characters you care about (CP 2077, Witcher 3)
This is why I always tell people to play the side missions. The stories are so good. I'm not sure which is darker between this one and the Eveline story arc, but they're both so good.
Juliette would be like the worst person to date. She'd be the living incarnation of that one meme.
