It’s not a mod. I use SYNAPTIC ACCELERATOR nervous system cyberware (Slows time by 30% for 2 sec. when you are detected by enemies) + KERENZIKOV (Same but in sliding). Since it’s just two separate cyberwares I can freely use the cyberdeck.

dont forget that you can also get a pet iguana. You just need to get the egg in that same place, which is on the side of the iguana display and it is missable especially it is dark.
Once you get it, set it down in V's apartment and all you need to do is wait for it to hatch at approx one month in-game time
