The body is gone on all current saves, just like the new Iconic knives missing from vendors..at least for me. Seems like you have to do a new playthrough if you want them.

Oh, by the way, I just bumped into a crashed drone inside the O in the big North Oak sign, apparently someone was trying to use it to smuggle drugs but overloaded the drone. There's an Engineering skill shard there as well as some item components.
