Something is defnitely wrong with your PC, either your RAM is running in single channel or some bloat is messing with your CPU, the usage is way too high and those spikes in power and frequency is really odd.
There is a lot more benchmarks out there with the same config that runs better, and yours should run better as well. i
Why no FSR on ?
same specs as you, running the game on high settings at 1440p using the fsr 2.1 mod and I'm blown away with how capable this card is, no overclocking has been done other than upping the power limit through mpt
