Cyberpunk 2077 Meet with Jackie the Pickup from the Militech Agent Meeting Point. After the hero meet with the Militech agent Meredith Stout in the optional part of the Pick Up quest, its actually rather hard to get from the lower levels of the highway back to the highway and from there get to meet with Jackie.
Also near to Jackie are some fast travel points. The hero V wonders how that works.
