If they implement third-person well, it can bring back a lot of players, and introduce new ones. If I was them though once that update is out I would advertise it and put it in the Steam library art for example(something like 'NOW WITH THIRD PERSON).
So, no multiplayer ever period?
What a shame considering multiplayer is probably the one thing that could have saved this game.

I'm there too. LOVE this game, but the replay value is tough since there are no daily, weekly, monthly events or New Game+

ive had the game for like a year but i only had xbox one but now i have next gen the game actually playable and amazing

Time to take the stock drop as a lesson. Screw your customers and screw your stock. EA, listen up! If this game was released in its current state with a few of the mods as part of the game [cybermod, some crowd AI mods], I would be clamoring for multiplayer. still am. sad it will die because of the new state of post-capitalism.
the best thing about a new game plus mode would be that you wouldn't have to create a new appearance for your V imo

Oh yes, Sony removing the game from their online market. But retailers were still selling it on disc, which confused some people. But honestly, CDPR kinda had it coming. The way I see it…. When you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
Cdpr sucks now so yea……this isnt shocking. The only thing that will bring me back is the expansion. But only if it's like 30 or 40 hours of game play. If not I'll never touch it again.

There is so much useless filler in this video, for the first 7 minutes I thought i was was watching a stock market channel by mistake.
I've been playing since it launched. Without a New game Plus, there's no reason for me to continue playing right now. Because I'm playing on console, I don't have access to the mods that are keeping the game alive. So unless they add console mod support, there's nothing left for me to do until they release an expansion.
No Multi-player No police system No realism I'm cyberpunk mods add nothing then a ad in the middle 😉
I deleted the game doesn't bring anything new like sitting down and eating, police chases instead of a scripted chase more races and needs local multi-player invites
I think the stock price being down so much cannot be justified because of cyberpunk alone. The markets all over the world has taken a huge hit and you can see it yourself that a huge drop that has happened recently was due to overall world market situation.
I will download cyberpunk 2077 again once NG+ is out. I know patch 1.5 fixed whole bunch of stuff, but I'll wait until NG+ to see how much better it is than at launch.

so at this point i understand why CDPR will pretty much abonded Cyberpunj 2077. this game has hurt there rep bad. and the fact its running on there engine. so its more of get the DLC out and then finish on this game and move on to the next witcher game and work with unrealengire 5
IMHO the reason that Sony pulled CP2077 from the store is because CDPR offered refunds and Sony does not like giving out refunds in any capacity, but this is my opinion.

They really shouldn't have even put it out on the last gen consoles, they should have made it a next gen game, would have went so much smoother for them.

I dislike when reporters who know nothing about the stock market publish articles about stocks and things they don't understand.
CDPR stock recent drop likely has nothing to do with Cyberpunk. The stock market in every country in the world is down massive since November, including Warsaw stock market which is down 20% since the beginning of the year (same as the S&P500, more than the 15% of the DOW and less than the 28% of the Nasdaq).
Netflix is down 68% since the beginning of the year.
PayPal is down 62% since the beginning of the year.
Tesla is down 40% since the beginning of the year.
Google is down 25% since the beginning of the year.
Apple is down 19.2% since the beginning of the year.
This is the direct result of the world printing a ton of money in the last 2 years and very low interest rates causing a massive inflation problem which now is being tackled, which causes the stock markets worldwide to drop. Add on top of that the war in Ukraine and you have an even harder inflation to beat.
CDPR stock itself tanked after the release of Cyberpunk but then started to climb up slowly in May 2021. In November-December 2021 the stock started sliding downwards again, the same time as the stock markets worldwide.
Meanwhile, RE8 is set to release third person mode. So unless I’m mistaken, if a dev releases a game in pristine condition with a great story and great gameplay, they can then spend the next few years making dlc and maybe catering to requests from the fans instead of releasing a game in shit condition and spending the next few years STILL fixing bugs!
