The datapad and bowl did not appear in my game, did i miss something, and btw already had catfood.
I just tried to find the cat and feed it, but the shard with teh cat food instructions aren't even there in the first place! Is there a certain part of the game that must be completed first?
everyone you need to do the takemura mission first to get this message
Just did this AFTER I found cat food out of chance. You DONT have to go to akasaka tower to get your cat food ( it's just a better chance) but I found my cat food underneath a tent where Panam and the aldercaldo's camp is (Mobile Camp it is to the left of mission riders on the storm two tents from that with the truck with a woman riding an atomic bomb)
Ok ok, so i did all of these steps, went to cat food location, wasnt there. What do i do now? I can still get it right?

I have yet to do the mission Playing For Time. Where you meet Takemura at the restaurant. And I don’t see the Feed The Cat shard. What mission dose it spawn it?

Turns out you can just buy cat food! A random food vendor was selling it. So that is definitely easier
