  1. Eeeh. Wtf? Dident they just say a couple of months ago that they just needed some more work for W3wh next gen? So basicly that wasent really true then? Doubt it changed from almost done too scrap and redo everything in this time.. Doesnt really sound like good news too me but something has either gone horribly wrong or the studio working on it was lying too CDPR.
    Edit* seems there not scrapping it but just finishing it themselfs. Still something weird is going on..

  2. With all of its ups and downs I really enjoyed CP2077. One of the biggest stars of the show was definitely Night City itself. CDPR created an absouletly stunning game world and I would love to see them keep supporting it for many years to come so I can keep enjoying it. I am really looking forward to the expansions, and I really hope they expand on the life paths. Also, I would love them to add flying cars, the city has so much verticality to explore I would love to see it from the skies. CDPR developing multiplayer really excites me too, imagine GTCyberpunkA online… That alonside flying cars would be soooO much fun!! Imagine snipers on top of mega buildings and multiplayer shoot outs in Night City, OMG!! I hope they introduce gang wars and players can choose which gang to side with. Co-op missions and heists with 3 or more friends would be EPIC!! If CDPR does multiplayer right it could truly be sensational.

  3. That’s not what happened. They outsourced the Witcher 3 next gen and for some reason(likely Russia invading Ukraine, hearts out to Ukrainians) the company they outsourced to is no longer able to complete it. If anything they’ll have to pull resources away from CP to do this but imo they never owed us a free next gen upgrade to the Witcher 3 considering how old it is so when it comes out is when it comes out. We live in very trying times and I hope everyone can agree with the sentiment “we’ll be there when it’s ready”. Just be patient.

  6. i think i speak for all of us, when i say:
    More singleplayer content / story missions / sidegigs would be prefered.
    But getting a multiplayer would be nice as well just because i want to flatline arasaka with some chooms 🙂

  7. Failing to take into account that Witcher 4 is going to run on Epic's Unreal 5-engine, while both Cyberpunk 2077 and Witcher 3 is using their in-house engine. Different engines, with different skill-sets, as there will be some difference between those two. Unless CDPR chooses to make the effort to train the incoming members on both engines.
    Edit. Single-player experiences is what I want. Multi-player, not so much.

Well, the reason CDPR postpones the next-gen Witcher is mainly because they don't want to work with Russian branch of Saber Interactive anymore(for obvious reasons), who were porting the Witcher from the beginning. And now they will have to finish all the work on their own, so who knows how it will affect the CP2077 development.

  9. A third expansion or something online?
    Third expansion, obviously! If I wanted to play GTA online or some cyberpunk game online, then there are plenty options, especially if you look at some of the online games available in Asia. But, I'm totally burned out on online games, raiding, pvp and peer pressure to dedicate specific timeslots in my daily schedule to gaming, so I don't play any MMO's anymore, and I won't ever bother playing them anymore either. And that includes any CDPR Cyberpunk multiplayer game: I just won't bother with it, not even if it's really free to play.

  11. I want them to just make more single player I want them to baby this game like they did the Witcher. Give us tons of updates and if they do add multi-player can we just get a 2player co op

  12. I honestly hope they steer clear of multiplayer as it saps development resources and CDPR doesn't have a ton of experience as a studio in the multiplayer arena. They already have their plate pretty full with fine tuning and expanding CP2077, The Witcher 3 upgrade and now The Witcher 4.

  15. Please no multiplayer, I interact with enough people in my day, single player video games are preferred imo as this is my break from society.

    Also multiplayer is the scourge of modern games with the obvious loss of great story based games.

  18. DLC for joining max tech and trauma team romance options more mysterys to uncover the missing 3rd ending option of integrating the two personalities like the end of Ghost in the shell or removing the chip like the end of Jonny memmonick or full upload and come back like the book Nero mancer
