  1. I've been in that building! It's creepy enough as is, but I never noticed that room… definitely seems like unfinished content. Makes me think that someone else wasn't themselves either, (What with all the "I am not me!" stuff) much like V, Lizzy Wizzy, Jefferson Peralez, the rogue Delamain cars, etc… and others whose personalities have been altered slowly over time… possibly by "entities" from beyond the Black Wall.

  2. I am almost 100% sure that this involves or is similar to lizzie wizzie's quest as her cybernetics were altering her personality and the questline kinda just abruptly finishes, even if it doesnt relate to her exactly it could relate similarly or evrn similar to the peralezes

  3. Makes me wonder what else is hidden behind all of the doors scattered around the city we can't normally open. I hope they keep adding to the buildings so we can explore more indoors.

  9. I believe I went through this building during a quest. The building around the corner has a catwalk across to another building, and the doors are scannable but I havent figured out a way to get up there yet

Yeah it is creepy but they patched it cause there is another area with a large apartment area that is completely dark & I went into that area & I got lost but I finally found my way out but the second time I went back into the building I saw that they patched that area out & u can't get in there anymore
