  2. I dont care what anyone says, I love this game and im excited for the sequel.
Bugs and glitches can be patched out, but horrible story and gameplay cannot.
This game has a amazing story, lore, and gameplay that will only get better with more updates and DLC.

  3. I think it really is crazy how often gamers will overhype a game into the stratosphere, put pressure on developers and investors, get disappointed when they get an unfinished game, destroy ratings for new games, wait 3 years and completely turn around. This has happened too many times and is the exact reason hype trains are killing the videogame industry. I hate to say it, but people seriously need to lower their expectations for games, because we are reaching the point where people will literally nitpick the second coming of Christ.

  4. True, the game is very good in a lot of ways, but it still lakes life once you've finished the main story, which is one of the reasons why my review on Steam is still negative. Furthermore you can't compare the technical issues CP2077 had at launch with how it is now. That additional year of dev-time helped a lot.

  5. From my pov, many people were upset at the lack of things in the game that CDPR seemed to promise before launch. There is so much in the Cyberpunk world that either doesn't exist at all in 2077, or is just a very basic representation of. Sure, the game is fun on medium-high end systems. As a game, it's very fun with the occasional bug. But those who know the world and the things that could have been done with it, on top of the promises CDPR made, it's a very bland game with a…mediocre story.

  6. I still don’t see this game being anything like what was advertised at E3 2018-19. Back in 2018 the game had red flags all over it. Considering their previous experiences.

Third person isn’t going to make a difference to the worthless character creator. CDPR were stupid to go the Mass Effect styled route of character creation where the protagonist is completely predefined, but has small edits that mean nothing. You’re still playing as V, a character made for the story, not the player, and it’s even more obvious considering V has a fully defined personality, because CDPR is more experienced working with a RPG protagonist like Geralt, who still offered a lot of choice as a RPG protagonist despite being predefined and fully fleshed out.

NPCs having more advanced behavior is another thing that was never going to happen, because CDPR’s AI has never been good. People expecting RDR2 AI were out of their minds.

In short, this game is a mess of ideas and concepts that don’t work together.

  7. I have a weird case, my big brother got Cyberpunk 2077 and will not allow me to play cause his fear of me becoming a killer. Even though I am already aware of the content this game has. I'm Autistic, had ADHD, yet I find ways to use them without those fantasies instead on Google docs. And I already played COD mobile at one point. My family hates shooters in general.
