As far as endings go. Everyone wants what V wants and expresses when he tells Alt he/she was wanting a better outcome for everyone (Johnny and V). So… hope for survival is the main focus and the only ending that gives any chance of hope for a future is the one with Panam as at the least you are heading out to a less stressful life with a love interest who is devoted to you, and second Panams saying that her people in Arizona have pulled many out of severe challenges and will help figure out V's problem regarding survival longer than 6 months whereas all the other ending give V six months to live but no real connection with a love interest and no hope that anything will change in the future for V.
