  1. Its personal preference, but I always non-lethally take down jotaro. If you get him out and get him to the car you get a nice dialogue line about how he's going to be handed over to the mox so they can decide how to deal with him, in revenge for all the people he's trafficked and abused.

You can also find notes and things from other gang members and hear conversations about jotaro around watson. He's a well known MASSIVE piece of shit even amongst the gangers that are pedaling gear extracted from corpses.

  2. Im sure you know by now. but for cyberpsychos, it doesn't matter they'll always be knocked down. not killed unless you finish them after they're downed, they added that way in one of the updates it did used to be. You had to use a nonlethal weapon, but they changed it, thankfully

  3. I'm glad for the sake of pacing that the chat talked Woolie out of bare-knuckle boxing every cyberpsycho he meets (although he might have pulled it off had he remembered to use Berserk earlier), but it's unimaginably hardcore to walk up to a chromed-up maniac surrounded by dead cops and just… stance up. MaxTac, eat your hearts out.

  4. ALSO INCASE NOBODY EXPLAINS BECAUSE THATS HAPPENING A LOT
There is a weapon mod called "PAX" it makes all weapons cause enemies to enter an incapacitated state providing you didn't accidentally blow their head completely off. It's the games really silly workaround for not having a robust lethal/nonlethal system. You can have non-lethal katanas, non-lethal shotguns, etc. In scripted fights a lot of the time important enemies by default enter the incapacitated state to give the player choices regardless of how they chose to play, but if you want to be non-lethal it's always safer to use a weapon with PAX installed on it. But even with PAX, attacking an already downed enemy will kill them.

Edit – The PAX mod is also available at every weapon store. Also don't listen to anyone saying non-lethal is "useless" or "pointless". Non-lethal is fun, occasionally gets better rewards/dialogue, and makes you feel like less like a spree killer.

  5. Cyberpsycho: Lying on the ground, rolling around, wincing in pain, looking woolie in the eye, shouting, drinking from a water bottle, arranging their own ambulance on the phone, standing back up, brushing the dirt off their jacket.
Woolie: So thats a dead person, right?

  6. Completely missed the "invisible enemy walking around on water" thing huh.

Woolie really has a single core processor with 8gb ram, but like 6 terabytes of fighting game data.
His character build really is his actual build.

  7. It makes me super excited when Woolie does these small missions with this attention to detail. I didn't really notice Jotaro was the one in a lot of the police scanners until my 2nd playthrough, lololz. 2 cyberpunks in a few days feels like a blessing 😂
