Hey slack when I was playing cyberpunk earlier I found a smart sniper rifle when I was doing 1 of them ncpd scanner jobs and it kicks ass… the only downside is it has to reload everytime you fire it as it only has 1 bullet in the clip
They are speaking Japanese. At least according to Google. Also, I like how Vasquez color coordinates with her ride.
With Tiger Claws it's Japanese. Other barks are also in the real language. Creole for the Voodoo Boys. Some random gangs are Russians and they are speaking that.

Woman's name Ragina is pronounced re-GHEE'-na. Your way makes me chuckle inside because I'm immature but yeah it's pronounced like it has 2 letter Es in it.
I think there are like 3 missions that occur in that general area. While doing one of the other missions you can have the guys from the NCPD scanner mission showing up and causing havoc.

@MajorSlackVideos you can use overheat to finish enemys without killing them , the effect stop when they are KO.

That first Cyberpsycho isn't the easiest to stealth take down. The ladder before that first dead worker leads down to a very narrow shoreline. You can follow it around and come up a ladder that puts you beneath the helicopter pad he jumps to as his first move after he notices you. The path out from under there leads right up behind him and you can choke him out. Lt Mower is always a bear afaik
Non lethal quick hacks and emp grenades would also do the trick. 😁

another great video and id say same way you do , but then language and dialects are interesting , even though born in south london innit i spent 7 yrs in liverpool so i speak scouse , i also spent 3 yrs in place called papua new gunea just above austrailia and went to an ozzy school , so im basically a mutt , even in sarf london we have polish lithuanians etc , then u have regional dialects like scotish , birmingham geordie lots people have probs with geordie id say best example is pac from aew hes from newcastle

you can use a (non lethal) takedown on most cyberpsychos with very few exceptions. not saying it is always worth it, as they detect you very easily. sonic shock and crouch-run makes it easier though.
