it is crazy how cpu bound this game is now compared to before 2.0, i have a 5800x and 3070 and my cpu goes up to 90% usage at 1080p and up to 75% usage at 1440p and even at 1440p, my gpu usage isn't always maxed out.
I tried 4K native with RT Overdrive + RR on rtx 3090 got a Solid 10 fps
I run max settings with Raytracing, path tracing on a 3090ti at 1440p and dlss framegen mod getting over 90 fps all day and over 70 in 4k

Normal player : "It's dropping for a few secs to 55 FPS in the most intensive area of the game, not a big deal"

CD Prejekt Red seems to doesn't care about Cyberpunk? Well as for singleplayer game only, it has gotten plenty of support to be fair. Right, it was broken on start. But after 4 years from release they keep updating to newer technology like FSR 3, even though they actually working on Witcher 4 and next Cyberpunk game.
Still it bothers me how things just pop into the scenes while turning around or driving, I mean the rendering distance of the game its kinda crappy
